I need some... web coding help? Specifically #mastodev but that's tangential.

How, in ruby, can I take an arbitrary block of HTML, find any <a> elements, pull the href url to pass to a function, then insert a class after a specific different class if it exists on that <a> element?

Alternatively, do you have suggestions for search terms I might find useful for researching this myself?
