I'd like to change my account to use my real name. I'm guessing the best way to do that is to create a new account on NAS and then to redirect this account to the new, eponymous account. But, it looks like one can't create an account without approval.

Questions:

1. Is my approach ideal? Is there a better way?

2. Who do I contact here to create a new account?
