      @xj9 @mattcropp I think 90% of social.coop members are non-paying members (a few of us insisted on not creating a two class system of users vs. members, I recon it's worked out so far)

      Instance run as a coop, no need to be a member to create an account. Gov doc coming up soon and could be adapted.
