The TL;DR: "It sounds uncomfortable" and a lot of anecdotal evidence to say it's insane. Meanwhile, we've been intermittently fasting as a species since time immemorial, yet we're still here. She dismisses it as a fad and doesn't even talk to someone who's actually done or doing it.
And the newspapers wonder why they are increasingly irrelevant. It's their own doing.
