@jynx I copied this from bboard - - "It uses the timestamp on /ftp/pub/users/username. When I update
my gopherhole, I touch /ftp/pub/users/dbucklin and I'm usually at the top of the list within an hour or so.

When I update anything in my personal GOPHER space, I "date >>
gopher/filename" and "date >> gopher/gophermap" so the latest day and time
the file was updated is posted at the bottom of the document."
