I apparently couldn't get that bad article on intermittent fasting out of my craw, so I wrote a damn blog post to debunk it.

Yo @PhoneBoy she pointed out:
"
Normal eating and normal hunger cues tell us to eat every three to four hours. This is what most people do.
"
I would think that worldwide, most people don't have a Piggly Wiggly where they can do their hunting/gathering.
The term feast or famine comes to mind. I know from experience that sometimes there's a significant amount of time in between harvesting game. Natural occurrence of "intermittent" fasting.
The science is in... she has no handle on "normal".
@YoVinnie @PhoneBoy i only eat once which is from Morning to Bedtime ans sure do have an Piggly Wiggly in mah pants
Yo @yukiame You are on the world famous See Food Diet. You see food and you eat it. I remember you saying you tip the scales at about 17.5 stones.
When's the last time you looked down and saw your Piggly Wiggly? 🍿 🍨 🍦
@YoVinnie @PhoneBoy ahahaha Instruction unclear - have to sit down to put my shoes on . Stone is not an european Standard
Yo @yukiame ok, turnabout is fair play. "European standard" is unclear on this side of the pond.

@YoVinnie turns out she didn’t either, as some Redditer dug up her anorexic past. From looking at her profile picture on Instagram, a few extra cheeseburgers wouldn’t hurt her.
