   We should have just given Alberta 4.5 billion to keep the oil in the ground/develop a renewable energy industry.

      @susannah @ink_slinger I've thought the same thing. Some of the money could also go to education, job training, medicine, and extended EI for oil workers who need it. I wish we would do that!
