Seconded. Time zones and daylight summer time shifts are such folderol, and complicate needlessly. UTC default with manual override ensures consistency and reliability.
The idea to just show time stamps is likewise top shelf.

By the way, I'm heaps enjoying 1.4. The notion to have the account name at the top is right proper. 🙆🏼♀️
