    It's the little impediments that get us; such is the habitual ingratiousness of the mind.
    Tmux has an oversight in that it can't save sessions. With a little Pollyanna power, a frustration becomes an opportunity to learn a bit of scripting.
    Here's an example of how tmux sessions can be saved.

      Is there any way to save a tmux session? In other words, if I reboot the computer, will I always lose the sessions?
