    They've got to be messing with us.

    Probably due to the FOCAC conference here in Beijing, they have stepped up security around the embassy district. Now for the first time in seeing some police K9 units patrolling.

    First day it was with Germany Shepard's. Makes sense. Second day they added a Rottweiler. Okay, still reasonable. Third day, they added a Border Collie (like the attachment). Uhm, what?! Looked like a one year old too. But complete with the K9 harness and all.
