Last week I got pretty burned out on social media and its dramatics, and the weird jacked up feeling it gives my nervous system. It's not Mastodon specifically, which is still the best social media, but social media as a whole, and the tendency to fall into a "scroll-hole" to see what's next.
So I'm pulling back a bit, to give my noggin time to be and relax. Trying to read more books and chill out by candle light with a cup o' tea or a glass o' vino a little more often.
