   An intriguing piece on the social and technical friction that makes it hard for people to get into Mastodon. Like many of the pieces I've seen on Medium, it doesn't even mention that Mastodon is part of the fediverse. Which is a shame, because I'd like to know how the author feels that contributes to the friction coefficients:
