Sometimes, I think about moving to PEI because the cost of living is relatively low and you could pretty much live anywhere on the island and still commute to Charlottetown, if you wanted. I don't think there's a single point in the province that's much more than a 2-hour drive to the city.
On the other hand, I think I'd be bored out of my mind, even if I lived in the "big" city.
