@switchingsocial my standard browser install is ublock origin (which i don't find complicated at all), https-everywhere and privacy badger.
Sometimes i even forgot i installed them...everything works!
(umatrix and noscript are complicated indeed, i mean, you have to set up rules for every website...that could be annoying)
