Conversation

this morning on the way to school we sat in the car in silence mostly. The radio played. I thought; maybe my son did too. I broke the silence:

I think you're wonderful and I hope you have a really good day.

I meant it. I mean it: Out loud affirmations, not tokenistic, sincere. They have power.

Remember to love yourself today. Then you can share it. If your candle stays lit you can share the glow. If your fire goes out, you need someone to give of theirs to relight it. #smallstories #love
