    This would have the highest throughput of any telecommunications network ever created

        ...and wouldn't you have to include the time to insert 225,000 microSD cards in your laptop, write 256 GBytes to them, and then (after transporting them at about 10 PBytes/second, assuming 6 seconds of flight time), spend more time to insert those 225,000 microSD cards in the other guy's laptop to read those 256 GBytes?           @bobjonkman @randynose @troubleMoney @hairylarry There's also the whole business of loading them into a trebuchet, which takes some time to prepare. (Although I was surprised to learn a trained team can fire off 4 shots per minute).

      At the risk of resurrecting my previous toot on the matter which ended up killing my notifications for a solid week, the new 1TB microSD cards just announced by SanDisk and Micron would mean that IPoverTrebuchet now supports packets of 225 petabytes
