I've been watching some animated shows lately, and I won't name them by name, but I'm pretty disappointed to be reminded how common it is that when the characters are shown back and forth in time, the female characters either haven't aged much or sometimes not even at all.

That's a problem. Women are frequently meant to feel ashamed for growing older whereas for men that's supposed to just be "natural". Push back against that shit.
