Pumpkin seeds aren't bad. Sesame seeds (also toasted) are a good alternative, but toasted sunflower are the best.

Photo is of the bunched beetroot (arrangement) that all three of our local supermarkets now sell. Previously, beetroot was available loose, without stalks and cost 68p per kg. The bunches cost £3 per kg (though the one in the photo was on a special).
