I think I was writing off the weekend of the 29th because it was the weekend before my 10k, and I guess that's reasonable as far as a really look walk, but I should be able to get in a couple of good runs.

Now that I'm not playing as much ping pong I'm not burning as many calories. I'm probably more bored and into to fill the void too. Ugh.
