Combaticus@bthall That’s quite a read of that text. My theory: God divide us into nations as a way to create nature safeguards to protect us from ourselves. The idea that we can do anything that comes into our hearts when united poses a great threat to humans and is a source of terrible evil. Like, what would the world look like under global communism? No thanks. So, nationalism is a check against all under the boot of human wickedness.
