Ron HoukFreak power flicker that my battery backup didn't catch somehow cause several .so files in my /usr/lib directory to die and system wasn't able to recover from. Booted into an Arch setup USB, copied over the .so files causing kernel panic. Then able to boot again, got networking working and issued"pacman -Qnq | pacman -S -" to reinstall all 1870 packages (which took less than 5 minutes). Now everything is fine.
