Richard J. Anderson ✅ 🥔One of the first things my dad told me when I started working was if you're given a break, take it. If you're told you get an hour for lunch, you take that entire hour. Don't work when you're not getting paid for it. Take every break your entitled to, and the whole amount of it. Take vacation time. Use your sick time.
And I've been unafraid to do any of those things.
