Can anyone recommend any good Sci-fi? I like Greg Bear, Sean Williams and Shane Dix specifically, and of course the classics.

Alastair Reynolds and Becky Chambers are my current favourites. It depends a lot on what you like. Reynolds writes funny, friendly and intelligent storylines. Chambers is also funny but she pushes boundaries and concepts in human culture through her exploration of human and alien relationships and ways of life. Both are great reads with engaging and human characters. I highly recommend both, if you're mainly looking for entertainment.
