Alex@zigg I have a 3-year old chromebook with 2GB of RAM that I upgraded with 256GB of storage. For most of the things I need to do with a tiny laptop it's fine, but I really needed windows on it once -- I tried running VM and everything just ground to a halt.
Your best bet might be looking for alternatives in FOSS world, or attempting running things through WINE, because there's just not enough resources for proper windows emulation.
