AdamMy wife and I are giving homemade gifts to our families for Christmas this year (and giving each other mostly second-hand stuff; both to save money and to try and be a bit more conscious about the seasonal consumption). She's doing a lot of canning. I'm probably gonna do some fermented stuff (kimchi for one brother, beer for another). But I just got the idea to make some kind of chapbook or zine type deal. But is that tacky? Giving people my own writing as a gift?
