Turns out that unboxing, connecting, booting, configuring and reboxing things and documenting it all takes a lot of time. It's like setting up your home network 10 times over, and this is just the finishing touches to a network that took me a good week to nail down because I haven't built a network on this scale before and had to learn by making mistakes.
