Seriously, when reading about #Fuck-Off-Microsoft joining the "Open Invention Network" to literally PROTECT "Linux and open-source" I just have in mind that this is another big lie. A good one, I have to admit. And very good placed with marketing. But as we are confronted with our own problems and lies from within the wording "open-source" itself, containing even more meritocracy and neoliberalism, this is not surprising at all.
So what's next? Some news about plans to release some unimportant interfaces as "open"? Stop thinking that this company is up to do ANYTHING protecting libre soft- and hardware. Their whole infrastructure is based on proprietary rules and is closed up. You think there is going to be anything "good" about it? Think again: No, nothing "good" is build up from there. And STOP using the phrase "protect", which is coming up directly from the marketing of this company. #Stop-Playing-Bullshit
