i don't really care about whether or not i'm blocked, because nothing i said made any difference anyway, and people can block who they choose.

and this idea that marginalised folks shouldn't talk violence against their oppressors or else they'll face consequences/be ignored by their peers, is gross
more worryingly, it is a very common idea in modern society. it is definitely a matter that should be brought up publicly and frequently, especially when it is happening in a space that rarely sees this kind of thing.
this platform has been relatively good about the marginalised, and i hate seeing the status quo bleed in.
@ctrlaltdog also, always silently implicit in this, is that state violence goes unquestioned as acceptable. the morals of "nonviolence" never seem to apply to the oppressors...
