               @mangeurdenuage For most of the day, yes. But this is not related to that... I didn't sleep well last night because I have a cold.

                     @mangeurdenuage I already have a darker screen and shut everything down before going to sleep. But obviously that won't help in this case! Thanks... I hope tonight is better too because I can't go another night like this. ;;

                        Redshift doesn't influence brightness, it changes the colours of the screen into a more natural sunlight aspect (thus less blue). For me it stopped my headaches.
