    Thought more about the turning language learning into a game. Specifically an RPG and thought of you. I wonder if it were an RPG where the people of the game didn't need to know the same language. Taking the hospital scenario, two nurses who knew one language could be good guys working for the bad regime. Lets say the both know Chinese. One has a patient who knows English and one has a patient who knows Spanish. The goal for them is to learn those that language enough to get to....

      @klaatu ...the point where the English and Spanish speakers know Chinese enough and the Chinese speakers know either English or Spanish enough so that as a group we can take over the evil government ruling the good Chinese speaking nurses.

      Or any other variation on the theme or a different theme.

      But do you think such an RPG could work?
