I followed ESR one time at Penguicon.

He'd had the audience move their chairs into a big circle. The projector table was moved out of his way so he could sit in that spot. The ripped-up taped-down power and video cables were now a wadded mess.

He ran over.

At two minutes before my slot, I had to say "Excuse me, time's up, could you put stuff back before next hour?"

ESR rolled his eyes & walked out.

I spent 15 minutes cleaning up.
