The Norwegian system for specifying exactly which apartment in a condo you live in works as follows:

K = kjeller, cellar/basement floor
U = underetasje, subfloor (partially beneath ground)
H = hovedetasje, main floor above ground

K01 = 1st cellar floor
U01 = 1st subfloor (there is usually just one unless your house is on a very steep incline)
H01 = 1st main floor

U0101 = 1st subfloor, 1st unit clockwise from entrance

H0203 = 2nd main floor, 3rd unit clockwise from entrance
