      To give this curve some context: I am 192 cm (6'4") tall. At my height, I should ideally weigh less than 92 kg (203 lbs; overweight limit) and no more than 110 kg (243 lbs; obesity limit), so I'm still at least 20 kg away from merely being overweight. But, I feel much better even now. It's easier to move around, and I'm getting components on my improved appearance.
