Last time I was in #Sydney I was waxing rhapsodic to my parents about the great middle eastern food in Auburn, the fantastic Korean food in Strathfield, and the general joyful vibe of street life in immigrant-rich western Sydney. My mother nodded, pursed her lips, and said "Don't go to Hurstville now. All asians. So sad."
