Corp B has some sweet perks. Flexible work hours (10 AM to 3 PM core hours), and the opportunity to work remotely if desired. Great location, easy to get to by public transport. Spotify subscription included. Discounts when buying stocks (they are affiliated with a stock exchange). Cheap vacation house rentals in Spain. Also, they have a big cafeteria that serves good lunches. Also, their office space has big windows and ergonomic chairs. Oh, and nice people and agreeable web stack too.

They could turn me down, and I'm trying very hard to believe that they will, because it's less disappointing if you don't have high expectations. But...
They haven't advertised any positions. They said they were going to anyway, since they are growing, and said it was very convenient that I turned up at the time I did.
They also said that if I do get the position, I will start pretty much immediately, so it looks like I'd be bypassing the usual hiring process since they already know me.

I will be very relieved if I get this job, because I'm currently spending money that I don't have (accumulating debt). I worked there for 6 months previously and in retrospect, I thought it was absolutely fine. It got stressful at times because I was trying to reach my hours quota and there wasn't time to assign me work because everyone was hurrying to finish before a deadline, so I sat there with my wheels spinning, but I was allright with the work they did manage to hand me.

Assuming I get the job, it looks like I'll be working on a much newer codebase this time around. They spoke of React, React Native, "modern JavaScript" (ES6+ basically), WebSockets, WebPack and also MySQL, so it looks like this is going to be a pleasure to work with.
