    @werekat Sounds familiar. There is ELFA Distrelec, which seems to exist in Sweden, but they usually don't stock your typical Chinese grey market parts. Kjell & Co sells some very basic components that they seem to have mostly imported from China (some of their parts are 100% identical to parts you can find on eBay/AliExpress for a fraction of the price).

    I think the main challenge in Scandinavia is supply and demand. Our entire region has the population of Romania.

      @werekat In other words, three countries (four if you count Finland, technically not Scandinavian, but nearby) with the population of one not particularly large European country. The UK has 3X more people and Germany has 4X more people. The economies of scale don't work out, I suspect.

        @werekat I usually end up ordering on eBay or AliExpress and waiting 4-8 weeks for it. I don't know of any web shops nearby that offer parts at such prices with virtually free shipping.
