Strange AttractorWhat a mess from all of the online voting, electronic in-person voting, phone voting, power outages, server unavailability, etc. in Monday night's municipal elections! I live in Kitchener-Waterloo, and although I had a paper ballot, it was counted by a machine, and I won't know the regional chair results until Wednesday because of all of the screw-ups in other municipalities in the region.
