   documentation is still developer work

   work for the purposes of accessibility that does not generate code is still developer work

   design, mockup, and visual aid in creation of the user interface is still developer work

   just because something does not fit your narrow definition of "valid" does not make it any less valid or deserving of recognition

      @mew also testing and bug reports are super important
      if all you do is run nightly and report bugs, you are helping, even if you don't technically count as a developer
