   Halloween is the one event I cannot get behind. All the others are great, but this one, no. Maybe I just don't like dressing up, or answering the door 40 times in one evening.

   Ah well, it's over for another year.

      The original samhain ("sowin") celebration is very different to what it's become. It's very distorted compared to the initial values, such as respecting and thinking of the ancestors.
