    A long but fascinating read although you have to take some of it with a pinch of salt as I've worked with a variety of Web and UI 'designers'. Some were average, some were poor, some were brilliant all IMHO of course πŸ˜€ They were all, without exception, opinionated bastards and didn't tolerate (constructive) criticism well at all.
