@horsemans i find the only way to break free is with new, positive things. I can't "negative" my way out of crap. I can channel depression into creativity sometimes and use that as a hook. Other times it just takes a major physical change: wake up early and go for walks, take a different way to work, whatever. Something to hang my hat on, you know?
