I'm listening to this and it sounds like trap, dubstep or hip-hop mixed with vapourwave, and the truth is of course that they all heavily borrowed from Kraftwerk. It's widely known that the house scene in Detroit pretty much erupted because Kraftwerk came there to play a concert, and black musicians realised it was possibly to be funky in a highly unfunky way.
