@LPS Me too. I tweeted from the blender conference account about the fact that we relayed the news on mastodon but it drowned in the middle of all the conference tweets so it didn't get any attention.
This whole thing is fairly new and was done on a very tight schedule. I'm sure it will be better next year (as well as the fediverse software).
