@dick_turpin A lot of these people who have a lot of money are what I call Gump Billionaires. They didn't do anything particularly original. They were not visionaries. They had no intrinsic talent to speak of. They just happened to be in the right place at the right time and with enough of a middle class cushion under them so that they weren't insta-rejected by existing elites. The rest was accidental.
