      it's less if you look purely at metrics, but I suspect they have more tickets with ESL people, so they probably need to spend more time being careful with their words.

      More developers would help, but if you look at https://www.perforce.com/careers no developers in Wokingham or Alameda. I'm sure the two Alameda hires will help.

      TBF, the recruiter has more jobs listed than I care to count. Perhaps we could do with another recruiter...

      so they tell us to keep to 10 cases: 12, 12, 14, 15, 16,16

      Seems like we need at least 2.5 more techs to me. 4 of us have 10 cases currently.
