Gwmngilfen@DistroJunkie sadly (and as awesome as that would be from a FOSS-principled view) it won't help. Even if you can solve the technical side, you also need the average person to trust the results (as that is what empowers peaceful transfer of government), and no technical solution can provide that, because solving the tech issues makes them complex.
