   Ok, we're on our third set of accommodations that lack them, so I've got to ask: do Europeans not use face cloths?

      In the Netherlands they use #Washandjes, sort of like face cloths that have been sewn into rectangular mittens.

         Reading it, it looks like "Wash andjes" but it's really "Was handjes", meaning "little washing hands"

         @strypey I mean, a cloth cleans my ass crack better than my hands. Maybe I just have an unusually dirty ass crack, though. 😂

               @ink_slinger I do wonder about the logic of asking for a "face cloth" for cleaning your ass crack ;-) Remind me of the way you North American folks ask for the bathroom when you need the toilet. I mean, what do you do if the bathroom you get directed to doesn't have a toilet in it? Go ask again but put a weird emphasis on the word "bathroom"? :-P

                  @strypey Ha, yes. It's technically for washing the face, I guess, but most people use it for their whole body while showering...unless I've been an anomaly my whole life. 😳

                     @ink_slinger yeah I guess I grew up using a flannel (UK English word for it) for whole body washing. From memory I stopped bothering with them well before I left home.
