      @musicman “Darkside support” sounds interesting. Repairing Darth Vader’s breathing apparatus and mask or Darth Maul’s dual-bladed lightsaber would be much more interesting than showing someone for the thousandth time how to retract a message in Outlook. (Hint: it is very likely that recipients will have read it before the retraction deletes it; if the recipient is not using Outlook and Exchange, it doesn’t work at all.)
