"i used to be a very insecure guy and my girlfriend has always been very confident. I remember years ago being sat in a party feeling upset the whole night because she was talking to a guy, that happened a lot and it took me years to understand what was happening. After a long break I now live seperate from my girlfriend but we are still a couple, I have learned to value myself and (my own time) and more importantly learned to be comfortable being alone.
