   Remember when the NYT wrote a long think piece about friendships between gay and straight men, and felt the need to invent a new word for this phenomenon because, apparently, "friendship" wasn't specific enough?

      @ink_slinger what about if two guys are friends and one is gay, but the other doesn't know? still counts?

         @thurloat Depends, I suppose, on whether or not the straight friend will still be a friend when he finds out.
